About Toshont

Toshont Power Products, established in 1993, is a Canadian distributor of Toshiba Industrial Electrical Products. This includes low and medium voltage motors and VFDs, UPS, Power Apparatus and Components, PLCs and service. In 1996, in response to our customer’s custom needs, we expanded and opened our own Custom Controls Panel shop in Burlington. We also opened a sales office in Sudbury in 1996. Our dedicated team have made us one of the largest and fastest growing Toshiba distributors in North America.

Our Custom control Panel shop builds all types of panels that include VFDs, Starters, PLC and control equipment with CUL/UL and CSA approvals. This work is all guided by our ISO 9001:2015 certified QMS program. Our panels are found in many industries including wastewater, industrial, agriculture and mining.

We have expanded our list of dedicated partners and stock a large amount of motor and VFD inventory on hand (up to 350HP), so that we can get you your product right away. For the custom motor solution, we are backed by the highly skilled resources at the Manufacturer’s factories. Together we can design, build and deliver a truly unique product to fit your situation.
